Disgusting customer service from Samsung. Leaving me without a phone for over a month - when the phone is only 4 months old. Attempted repair which then failed quality control - and instead of replacing the handset - are further delaying me having my phone by replacing every part of the phone instead. This is ridiculous. I have recently lost my job and I am unable to find a new job whilst I don’t have a phone for people to contact me on.
