I just bought Samsung S21 Ultra 5g from Samsung store at Westfield Garden City last week. I was served by a very friendly lady staff and her name is Claudine I guess. She was so brilliant in her role with good communication skills and the way she explained about the product was outstanding.
I genuinely appreciated her customer service and look forward to similar service in the future.
