Avoid Spectrum mobile and Samsung are terrible
Spectrum mobile is not helpful at all. I had been with Verizon since cell phones started. Last three phones were Samsung S8s. All nothing but aggravation.....constant trouble with little of no help from Verizon. Changed to Spectrum mobile for four and a half months seamless....till update on Samsung A51. Now phone won't charge properly charging all day to get to 97 %...can't use android auto at all or using phone by pushing buttons on steering wheel. At least 8 calls to Spectrum about issue...they tell me to call Samsung...Samsung tells me to take to YoubreakitIfix ....drive 44 miles round trip to take to service center....can't fix needs to go to Samsung . I call Spectrum...they say they have no phones ...they are only service provider. I call Samsung and am told two week turnaround time. I explain I have elder parents and this is their only way to contact me...sorry just send in. Avoid Spectrum mobile...no assistance..avoid Samsung...after four mobile phones...last one barely four moths old....noting but crappy service and help from both.
