Purchased a Samsung dishwasher From Best Buy after doing kitchen renovations and after taking a dishwasher out of the Box it was damaged from the factory, Samsung sent someone to look at it and they said it was damaged beyond repair.
but upon samsung investigation they find that they are not responsible for the damaged product. And they will not replace it. Very poor customer service I give them no stars.
