Bad bad customer service. I would not recommend or go with a Samsung product anywhere or in my home at all
Been trying to get a resolution for a missing TV remote and was told if I could get my receipt that they would take care of it it’s taking some time to get a receipt because documentation I had to find and now that I have it they push me off to another company that handling the remote bad customer service just bad
