Started with my s21 ultra order. The website would not let me check out. I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't figure it out and it would take 3 days to find someone who could help. I eventually found a way to check out on my own. Then the delivery if my phone was late, had to call customer service, once again I was told it would take 3 days to even find someone who could tell me what's going on. I gave them one final chance, and ordered the ear buds pro. I knew they shipped out of texas, so when the day my item would be delivered rolled around and my product hadn't shipped I knew it would be a while. I decided to cancel my order and just buy at a local store. Customer service told me 3 days in a row they couldn't cancel my order that day. I was heading out of town for a few weeks and just knew the order would be delivered while I was not home. I finally had someone in customer service tell me they would cancel my order, but it would take 3 days to cancel. I told them it's unacceptable and I need the order canceled right away. They said it would be, well I get an email an hour after getting off the phone stating my order had shipped. After checking the tracking I discovered that the shipping label was printed but the order had not been picked up by FedEx. I called customer service again, they stated they could not do anything since I had "shipped" and that I would have to call fedex and refuse delivery. I called fedex and they said they could not do anything until the item had been picked up by them. A week later the item was picked up by FedEx, I called to cancel the delivery. They said it would be and it would be returned to samsung right away. Well it was, then samsung shipped it out again. Eventually I got the item nearly a month and several head achs later. I have shipped it back to samsung unopened with a return label attached. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for 10 years but after this experience I will be switching for sure. Pixel and oneplus are great alternatives to samsung and I have heard their customer services actually helps and doesn't lie to you.
