I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years with multiple TVs, appliances, and phones. So it was really disappointing to see that they don't stand behind their products at all. Worst customer service I have into since VW. My nine-month-old phone stopped charging and they refused to support it or even allow their service centre to work on it.
