My Samsung clothes washer is rusting away. It was a warranty replacement product. Think I got a real lemon! Customer support provided no help. Spend way to much time on the phone and texting. They want me to pay for the repair of an inferior warranty replacement product. Probably should have kept my original washer even if the lid could come flying off. Ridiculous.
