Samsung is a failure in customer support. The level of service provided is a huge failure. I highly recommend NOT purchasing a home appliance from Samsung. We received a damaged item because of delivery. Called customer support. Results NONE. We have been routed multiple times to several departments. No one knows anything. I think I have spoken to 20 people from all over the world. From the warranty department to US e-commerce sales the quality of people working in those departments are failing a brand. Marketing should rephrase their promises to the consumer. Such a huge disappointment in a beloved brand only to get no support or resolution. You are better off purchasing a American made brand or a trusted home appliance brand. Quality, service and support are not the Samsung Values. They are No, sorry wrong department, Please call warranty or you are simply stuck with a broken item. SAMSUNG make better commitments to the consumer rather than letting us down.
