I emailed them to get help with my kid's tablet that crapped out before the 1 year warranty was up, explaining that we couldn't charge it and the repair shop we took it to said it could not be repaired, I sent this info to customer care and they replied by asking me to try and charge it, and if it didn't charge it needed repair (which I told them in my first email!) obviously "Rodger" from customer service didn't even take the time to read my email and decided that jerking me around was good customer support, so we bought an iPad and will never buy another Samsung product again.
p.s. Samsung, your products suck and so do you!!
