I am only giving 1 star because it doesn’t allow me to choose less. I purchased a brand new washer in January 2021, which broke within a month. After having a repair person come to my home twice to fix and talking to Samsung technician (who also were not able to identify a problem and the machine was missing parts from the factory) it was deemed unrepairable. Samsung has agreed to provide a full refund, however I am still waiting for someone to pick up a broken washing machine before they will send me a refund. The people I have spoke with are not very friendly and make excuses for delays. This will be the last Samsung Appliance I will ever purchase due to poor customer service.
