I contacted Samsung Customer Service because my 50" LED UHD TV (purchased almost 4 years prior) suddenly stopped responding to my smart remote other than to turn on and off. Making matters worse, my sound bar started emitting a loud horn-like sound instead of audio. The customer service person was able to direct me to re-connect the remote with the TV and re-set the sound bar. Problem solved in under 10 minutes! Not the first time that Samsung has come to the rescue for me...highly recommended!
