Purchased a washer that was defective and they take forever to get back to you with your concerns. Spoke to John and Ralf who were no help and just kept me on hold for more than 2 hours. They will tell you they will call you back and never do. Have been without a washer for weeks and now have to wait for the refund to be approved which I know is going to take them forever. After reading comments, it is concerning that Samsung does not care at all about their customers and all their bad reviews.
