I would rate 0 to Samsung customer service. I place an order for my appliances they delayed delivery 3 times and delayed order 4 months from my actual delivery date. Samsung customer service team is very unprofessional they don't care about customer answers call rudely and arrogantly. Transfers call internal to several department and then hangs up then again you go through entire process and if they answer they don't resolve the problem instead they blame us. I was told by customer service agent that it was my fault that I place single order for 3 appliances at same time he said had you placed separate order we could have delivered you available items. Is this some kind of joke this company never takes their customer seriously.
I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this SH**t company.
