Shitty customer service. Never order from their website
I received a defective cooktop. The top glass was smashed. I asked for a replacement. XPO delivered it again smashed and it injured my hand while opening the box. Called Samsung several times, various departments and asked for a replacement for the defective replaced item. From one agent to the order agent with bad phone quality. After a long call transferring and chats, somebody told me we will send another item soon.
