about a year I purchased a refrigerator, been calling since then to get my refrigerator door fix these people still haven't came fix my stuff just keep giving me tickets, never replacing the door!
I bought a cell phone from them the next month i was having problems with it, the charger went out i called then got multiple ticket numbers no charger has been replaced yet!
It just seems like they want your business and no commitment to their customers. As much as I want watch and ear buds I will never buy it from them!!!
