My samsung note 20 phone stopped working after their update on April 16th. This was a new phone under warranty (3 months old purchased directly from Samsung). They tried to troubleshoot over phone, then sent me to a place 40 min drive whi did nothing. Then nobody called. I called on Sunday and asked for a new phone since I'll be losing business on Monday without a phone. I spoke to every person possible, supervisors, etc. Finally got promoted overnight the phone to them and 72 hour resolution.
2 weeks later i got my phone. It works but slower. They totally don't care. Wil NEVER buy from them. EVER.
