This is the first time I have been compelled to write a review of a company on the internet. If I could award Samsung customer services a zero score, then this would be generous to say the least.
I have chased delivery of Samsung earbuds on no less than five occasions during the last week and still no further forward!! Been promised a call from a senior manager and yet still waiting!!
