If you want a Samsung product dont buy direct 100% waste of time ordered a £700 tablet waited 2 weeks for the delivery date chased them for an update to be told it was on back order and couldn't give a delivery date would not use them or recommend
support is little to no help a Indian call center working off a basic script and could not provide any information on the order worst company to order tech from hands down.
