The lies they tell!!!
Traded an Iphone11 for an S21 and everything was good until I was told that the iPhone was not in the condition that I claimed it to be in. Pics were sent. Nothing was wrong with the phone. Now they are trying to take $150 out of my paypal account or give me the phone that was either damaged in transit or swapped out for the perfectly fine phone that I sent in. I will never ever again buy a phone from samsung.com. I'm done....
