We had our Samsung French Door Fridge serviced today. The fault was leaking water into the crisper and behind crisper. This has been going on for a while. Decided to look into the fault to find out it was a common fault. The fridge is out of warranty by 6 months and Samsung didn't hesitate to send a service technician out to look into the issue. George the Technician arrived promptly with a kit to fix the said problem. So polite and informative clean efficient guy. Proof of purchase required and no issue at all with warranty expired.
