Scheduled a refrigerator freezer Icemaker repair. Technician did not show up during day scheduled. Did not call.
Scheduler copped an attitude as if tech's mistake was my problem.
Do not buy Samsung until they solve Icemaker problem and do not buy Samsung if they have employees like this.
