Purchased an expensive TV 25 months ago and it has died. The TV was purchased because I thought Samsung was a great brand (naive) and it had a manufacturer's warranty of 5 years.
When I contacted Samsung they are denying any manufacturers warranty and generally unhelpful.
Really disappointing that an item such as a large TV has a life of 25 months and the manufacturer simply does not care.
I definitely will NOT purchase anything Samsung again and consciously avoid anything using Samsung panels.
