AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Terrible service. broken washing machine 3 weeks with no clean clothes. Engineer got sent out after a week of reporting it, he ordered the part for it to be fixed, but after next came back, did not leave a mobile number and everytime we ring Samsung they do not listen, quick enough to get you off the phone. Don't ring back after the usual '24/48 hours'.
Bad company, will never go with them again......
