Try to stay away from their phones if possible. I have a phone that's acting up. I took it to T-Mobile and the guy wasn't able to fix it. He says it's under a 1 year warranty, so I call T-Mobile and they transfer me to Samsung. The lady, who's first language isn't English, tries to troubleshoot with me over the phone. For 30 minutes. Finally, I hung up - not her fault. Again, try not to purchase from Samsung.
