Purchased a top of the range brand new American style fridge freezer broke down after 2 days! After a week still waiting for a replacement. After speaking to multiple Samsung contacts and departments on the phone constantly told I have to wait for all the processes to go through before it can be resolved. These processes are obviously in the interest of the company not the customer otherwise it would take a much shorter timescale. I am having to purchase food and ice daily to keep it cold then throw whatever does not handle the short amount of time in the summer staying cold goes in the bin!
Customer services are a joke! Don't expect a quick turnaround expect a long painful journey.
