Ordered a $2000 fridge and Samsung just delivered but DID NOT install in the 2nd floor and just left the fridge on the 1st floor where we can't use it. I've requested a 4-man install from Samsung multiple times but those multiple times they kept saying I needed to wait 24-48 hours for the upper "managers" to set it up and call me back. Why does it take 2 days each time for a manager to contact us? They offer no help at all at the basic level and even at the manager level there is no response. My fridge has been sitting on the 1st floor for a week due to the non-existent Samsung support. Will never buy from Samsung Store again. Will just buy from Best Buy where they actually have customer service.
