I ordered Samsung 8K TV on June 15th 2021. The TV was delivered June 24th via AGS. The package was torned. I got a Third party to install the TV, but as I opened it the whole screen was cracked. I lost money which I paid to the Thirdparty, I had to repack the TV(it was 85 Inch) and the hand over top Fedex. Fedex delayed the return delivery by 2 days(June 30th) .Today is July 7th samsung has not still not refunded the money. They said there policy is to refund around 10 days time frame. I kept calling customer service many times, they are routed to somewhere in Asia and they simply dont care.
Beware and never buy from Samsung.
