We purchased washing machine and dryer and the washing machine broke after 3 loads, flooding our laundry room, livingroom and kitchen. They sent a repairman out to fix our washer and it did the same thing after a few loads. Thousands of dollars worth of damage to our home and 2 months later we still haven't received a replacement machine. Samsung has promised us a replacement machine and compensation for the damages. We have been waiting to hear back from Samsung for 2 months. They keep promising that someone will call us in 2-3 days and no one ever contacts us. I am now waiting on someone from Lowe's corporate office to call me to resolve the issues.
