Bought a samsung watch in march of 2021 the watch quit working in may 2021 so sent it back for warranty repair they then tell us there was water damage when we have proof there wasnt then tell me they sent it somewhere else and they saw there was no water damage but that we would have to pay over $300 for repairs. Absolutely ridiculous they want to try to charge more for repairs than we paid for the watch. so now we have a product that doesnt work and had it less than 2 months. I would not recommend buying any samsung products again.
