Very pathetic service by samsung after raising complaints mails no one gives anu reply or action
A technician is moving us here and their only for new washing machine installation
Many times taking followup but they only said will visit 100% today
3 days passed but no one come
One who alocate as a technician that person disconnected our call while we are dialing him please come to our door and please do installation he not picking up our call and disconnected call continously
Very pathetic service
Never buy samsung washing machine
