S21 Ultra 5G no fast charging 4 months after purchase.
I had all Samsung phones over the years, S8,S9,S10,S20 and this never happened.
paid £1400 for the phone, the charging port became loose and when trying to speak to tech support by the name of Ralph, he tried to make me feel like It is my fault or It is something on the software level and I should try resetting it.
