Pretty much everything. The hearing quality of the phone is very poor.
I purchased a phone and earphones and did not get a receipt at the store even though I asked for one and gave all the details for the invoice.
service at the store was a disgrace overhaul.
When I tried to get the receipt from all sorts of Samsung service centers, each one referred to a different center, no one answered the phone or called back. Still haven't received it.
