I sent my Galaxy Buds Live to repair the case and they have not send my case back. The first month they keep telling me that they will send it to me within 48 hrs. I asked to escalate and they keep putting me on hold or they tell me that they will reach out to me within 48 hrs. Worst customer and repair center.
