Good news finally on my Samsung galaxy smart watch - After 6 weeks and not being repaired under warranty and sent back to me in non working condition the Consumer Protection Bureau of N.Y.S. contacted Samsung and a corporate representative called me on the phone and told me they would be sending a new watch replacement - If not for Consumer Protection the watch would never have been replaced. If you live in New York and have a legitimate complaint after not getting results yourself the Consumer Protection Bureau will fight for you.
