Dear samsung company,
I am very disappointed with samsung. I had samsung J8 mobile in good condition. The only problems were with charging socket and earphones jack pin. It was not working properly so I could go either private repairing shops or samsung authorised store for repairing. I have trust on samsung store. Finally I have preferred to go samsung authorised store for repairing my mobile because I have trust on samsung.
They took my mobile with pre-checking. There were no any other problem in mobile apart from charging socket and earphone jack pin. Job card number 4330859249.
They did repaired my mobile and handover to me with 2% battery. I was checked my mobile with my charger it was working properly. The only thing I have observed that screen was looking very new and very small ,very tiny like very slim pen point very light pink color which can not be seen easily.
I thought that something was done on screen like opened and fitted again but the thing is that I have trust on samsung store and I did not have any problem in screen previously so I did not give attention on it I focused on my existing problem for which I gave mobile, I have checked the charging socket. It was working properly so I paid money and left the samsung store at around 3 pm. I was doing night shift in my company so I went to my office and I have found that the small tiny light colour slowly converted into dark pink colour then dark blue and dark black.Now my screen is entirely black I can not see any thing. The day after repairing mobile I was reached at samsung store and let them know that problem was from your side while repairing mobile. But they did not accept their fault and told me if I want my screen back I have to pay money. I have called many times to customer support but they are not help me in this matter. No one help me in this matter.
Samsung has broken my trust. I will never purchase samsung mobile in life. I will suggest to public never purchase samsung mobile because after sale service is very bad. I will give zero ratting to samsung. Seriously I am very disappointed with samsung.
I am satisfied with product but I am not satisfied with after sale service.
Samsung authorised store is under samsung company so I blame samsung company.
Because money is really important for me which I have lost after invested in samsung mobile.
