Worst phone I've ever had. Not even 3 months old and has microphone issues. Won't cover the electrical issues with my phone because it has a cracked screen. The microphone issues occurred before the cracked screen so what that has to do with it I don't know. Just a way for Samsung to get out of honoring their manufacturers warranty. Is anyone one else tired of getting bent over by large companies with their warranties always being written so they actually cover nothing. I will NEVER buy another SAMSUNG product as long as I live. As I see it, Samsung sold me a faulty product and used legal jargon to get out of standing by their product. DISGUSTING AND SHAMEFUL.
