Samsung’s customer service is comparable to garbage. Arguably worse than garbage actually, because at least a piece of trash won’t string you along a refund for a broken fridge for 8+ weeks with no results and conflicting email approvals. If you try to get a refund, expect plenty of lies to try to get you off the phone (such as saying your name and information, and then two minutes later asking for it once more stating that they did’t have it), and 4+ hour waiting periods of being on hold.
