Everything went wrong and I would rate 0 if I could! I have a house full of Samsung appliances plus our phones ..apparently that is worth nothing. We bought our dishwasher 2 years ago. Yes 2 Years.. It didn't work from the beginning.. Andres helped for 3 months and then said we were on our own. Finally it was sent for repair .. where it sat for months on end .. because the repair service was waiting for samsung to send the part... covid... We finally got the dishwasher back only to have it blow again.. Then I was told our repair had been expedited and the service company just need to write them that the dishwasher was unrepairable.. Which they did! I was told I was getting a new dishwasher.. and I believed them. Haha I was finally given a direct link to Esmeralda.. who answered once saying they were still working on it.. and now ignores my emails too. I found a repair tracker, no one told me existed, and apparently my dishwasher has been repaired and problem solved. What a gong show!!!
