Bought a double oven gas range in 2017 with a 5 year warranty. In June of 2021 I self cleaned the oven and the door locks, now it won't open, oven is unusable. Calls to samsung warranty since June, they got service out to change all parts to lock, still not able to open oven door. Now we are told that a new door has been ordered. It is September 15th, still have no new door or no use of oven. We get the run around from both service company and Samsung. Do not get Samsung appliances. We call 3 times a week and all we do is get the run around from Samsung. Terrible, I had to rate it one star - I would give it 0 if I could.
