Don't buy samsung products, worst customer service on the planet. I ordered a Jet bot AI+ and received a Jet bot +, I called the number on samsung.com, they kept telling me that they couldn't take care of it and samsung would email me back with a return slip, never happened so after a few days i got back on samsung.com and used there online assistant to try and take care of it, well that didn't help, they told me i'd have to wait for them to contact me and after nobody from samsung contacted me, I tried 3 more times over the next 3 weeks everytime getting there ticket number,( Ticket #5894634 Ticket #5931903(shawn)
and 5980221. Now the last straw, I called today and asked for supervisor and after 44 minutes of her putting me on hold, she some how disconnected the call. So this where I sit. They billed me for the Jet bot AI+, its on my credit. my house is filled with samsung products, IT WILL BE THE LAST.
