Bought a Samsung Sero OLED TV and the components are made of poor quality plastic and are broken within the warranty period.
However, it takes months for Samsung to process my request for replacement, and more astonishingly is the request was rejected. And during the process I have to chase around tech support / eshop / costumer service departments which none of them seems to be helpful.
Totally underwhelming experience and would never buy any Samsung product again.
