I left a review with samsung website, it was a clear and honest review of a tv I had purchased. They would not allow the post to be submitted bc I was honest. The customer service lied to me on several occasions. After a long and timely process to finally get everything they wanted submitted for a not even 22 day old TV, I was supposed to receive a refund through an ecoupon for their website. That never happened. I have tried for months to resolve this and am now in a new ticket number and they act as if I have done something wrong or shouldn't want this resolved considering how much I paid for it. My original review was sharing was a disappointment the products and customer service have been. So no point in allowing in reviews, if you monitor them so the truth cannot be told. This was in early April. Sill no tv replacement and still holding onto the one that went out after 22 days.
