XPO was contracted to deliver a stove. After missing their own delivery window twice, they re-scheduled a third time, then they cancelled. I called Samsung, expecting that that they would like their product to be delivered. Samsung assured me they would contact XPO and that product would be delivered in the time frame permitted at my building (8 a.m.-4 p.m.). After contacting Samsung twice, XPO told them they would not schedule a morning delivery ... so after weeks of back and forth, I cancelled the order. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG and DO NOT ACCEPT XPO AS A DELIVERY COMPANY!
