It is indeed the WORST PHONE INSURANCE I have ever dealt with.
I ordered a phone but I was in the middle of moving so I wrote in for it to be ordered to my new address. However, it was automatically sent to my billing address. (NOT THE ADDRESS I PUT IN TO HAVE IT SENT TO). It then took me three days of constant calling to actually get someone to help me. I was notified that I needed to file a police report in order to receive a phone. Police report cost me 8 bucks. The people that lived at my old address finally contacted me about having my phone. (two weeks later). I canceled the police report. (COULD NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR EIGHT DOLLARS). I finally received my new phone. IT IS BROKEN! IT TURNS OFF RANDOMLY AND WONT TURN ON OR CHARGE! WORST INSURANCE EVER!!! DO NOT USE!! I called to maybe receive a refund for the police report I paid for because of their mistake. No. I called for them to replace the messed up phone they gave me. No. This place is NOT WORTH A PENNY! DO NOT DO IT!
