Customer Service is awful. Twice had to call to setup a tech appointment they lost my case information twice so they couldn’t link my issues. The Tech himself was Great, fixed the problem but noted the problem was related to the item itself and to reach out to Samsung to Resolve to fix. If I could give them Zero Stars I would. They will not fix problems they are responsible for. LG, Sony, Whirlpool are all my future electronic/appliance needs
