Customer warranty service is a joke. Product delivered with a defect requiring a service call. Their trick is to put a person of hold for hours in the hope that they will give up. My inline number one time did not change for over two hours, what a joke. Advertise customer service 24/7. Will never deal with samsung again. Their warranty is just for show be aware of this ploy.
