I wish I could give no stars.
Brand new Samsung fridge delivered and it does not work. Samsung stated that because it was shipped to a commercial location they will not fix it. We have the fridge in a break room with 5 employees. They could not provide me with proof of this disclosure next to where I signed for the purchase or provide documentation of what is deemed commercial space. This company should be put out of business along with the terrible robots that work in customer service. They stole my money. Never will I purchase a Samsung product again.
