Purchased a 65 inch Samsung TV in February and in August half the screen went dark . Contacted Samsung and they sent out a repair person 3 x’s to my house and could not fix the TV . I purchased the TV through an electronic home installer and because I don’t have the receipt from the actual Best Buy store where it was bought Samsung won’t honor the warranty . I have spent hours dealing with customer service people and no one has a solution . It was a $1,200 TV and they just don’t care . Steer clear of Samsung
