We purchased a dishwasher from Lowes in Jan 2021. It started make a loud noise when we turned it on. The machine was poorly made and we should have the reviews.
calling for service is a pain. Online chats, bots and texts were really a waste of time. We have Kitchenaid, GE, Viking and Whirlpool in our properties. Their service is way better. Don't think I want to deal with Samsung again.
